Who is Aberdeen Highlands Development Corp.?

Aberdeen Highlands Development Corp. was incorporated in 2000 by a group of investors who purchased the Aberdeen Highlands property from the previous developers, Bentall Properties Ltd.  As Kamloops' premier land developer, we take our role seriously.  With another 360 acres of land yet to develop we have a vested interest in maintaining quality as a lasting legacy.

 

What is our main goal?

To develop high quality neighbourhoods of unique character and individuality that residents can be proud of through thoughtful design, planning and development of the neighbourhoods and surrounding lands in a socially responsible manner including protection of the natural spaces, grasslands, ravines and forested areas, integrating wide boulevards and individual neighbourhood walking trails while maintaining the area’s natural beauty and remaining flexible to local market trends.

 

Who is our main customer?

Aberdeen Highlands’ main customer is the "Builder," providing them with an inventory of building lots on which they can pre-build homes or build custom, dream homes.
We will also sell direct to homeowners who may already have home plans. We can assist them in choosing the most suitable lot, provide experienced access to the local construction market, help source a qualified builder and work with their local realtor.
